Return policy
Product returns are accepted according to the terms and conditions mentioned below and are in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. 34/2014 art.9/1 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, and for amending and supplementing certain normative acts.
In the case of legal entities (they are not consumers) we reserve the right to accept or not the return of products.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
The consumer is responsible only in respect of the diminished value of products resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning, according to Art. 14, para. 3 of GEO 34/2014.
The Seller will reimburse the value of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of informing the Consumer of his decision to withdraw from the contract and accepting the return. Colscentva could postpone the reimbursement of the product until the product is received. The amount of money related to the returned products will be refunded after the verification of the products after mutually agreeing on the refund method or according to legal procedures. Payment will be made only by ONLINE BANKING PAYMENT ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT (if you opt for cash payment then the transportation of the money will be paid by the buyer).
Products that have been picked up from the point of work, even if they were ordered online or by phone, do not benefit from return, they have the possibility to be checked and tested for functionality at the reception and, according to the law, they are no longer subject to a distance contract.
Electronic products are properly packaged by the manufacturer, with cardboard or polystyrene safety / protective supports, bubble wrap, to ensure the product the necessary safety for proper functioning after it has been transported.
Products returned in packaging other than that offered by the manufacturer, with absolutely all necessary protections, are subject to damage due to transportation. There is, of course, the possibility of good packaging, even if the original packaging is no longer available, to ensure proper transportation. The consumer must ensure that he/she correctly packages the product to be returned.
Any change in the condition of the products or their packaging that makes it impossible to sell the product as new, leads to the application of fees for returning the products to the condition in which they were delivered.
In cases where returned products show damage or are incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, dents, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount of the product value (value including VAT), the amount to be communicated after assessing the damage caused.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in case of abuse (repeated returns).
Please check the physical integrity of the parcels when you receive them in the presence of the courier and ask for a damage report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration.
