Order invoicing

Methods of dispatch and delivery

The delivery of products sold by C.O.L. INDUSTRIES SRL. on the territory of Romania is made by express courier service, DPD in max 24-49 h, from the moment of order finalization. All orders launched and finalized before 15.00 will be processed on that day. Orders placed after 15.00 will be processed the next day.

Parcels that are delivered by courier have invoice, warranty certificates etc. attached to the parcel in a transparent envelope. Before discarding the packaging please detach the shipping documents and invoice from the parcel.

products ordered on http://colscent.ro can be picked up personally at the company’s headquarters or delivered by DPD throughout the country. The products are delivered properly packaged in cardboard boxes or bags, have the seller’s personalized adhesive tape and are insured throughout the transport until delivery.
